A trip to Tidbinbilla

Rick gave a presentation to schoolkids on Friday at Tidbinbilla. Doug came out with us at lunchtime and was given a tour behind the scenes of the facility (the rest of us plebs have to stay in the visitors gallery).

Rick is our first real live Astronaut guest!! He was the pilot for two shuttle missions, and was the commander of a third one. A real first for Australian sci-fi conventions!!
